Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by SodiumNodes, including but not limited to Minecraft hosting and related digital services. By purchasing any service, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Refund Eligibility

SodiumNodes offers refunds within 24 hours of the initial purchase.

To be eligible for a refund:

• A valid reason must be provided when requesting the refund.
• The request must be submitted within 24 hours of the original transaction.

Refund requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

• Account credits or balance top-ups
• Any service already refunded once
• Any services where abuse or misuse is detected

4. Refund Conditions

• Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• SodiumNodes reserves the right to deny any refund request if the reason provided is deemed insufficient or invalid.
• Partial refunds are not offered.

5. Abuse & Violations

Refunds will be denied in the following cases:

• Violation of our Terms of Service
• Abuse or misuse of services
• Attempted exploitation of the refund system

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting SodiumNodes first is considered abuse.

• Any user who files a chargeback will have their account permanently suspended.
• All active services will be terminated immediately.

7. Payment Method & Processing

• All payments are processed via Stripe.
• Approved refunds may take up to 7 business days to be completed, depending on your payment provider.

8. Legal Compliance

This policy is governed by applicable laws within the European Union. Nothing in this policy overrides your statutory rights under EU consumer protection laws.
